Two birds which are becoming more common around the UK and some are now resident and producing youngsters.
The first three pictures I took using my telescope and Nikon camera from my car. We were on the marsh on the bank of the River Lune, outside Morecambe and known as Snatchems due to its pub connection with press gangs. Most of my images were taken from the Allen Hide at the Leighton Moss RSPB reserve near Silverdale, Lancashire while others were while on holiday in Ireland. All were taken with Canon DSLR camera and various lenses.
